Summary:

The applicant is seeking Final Plat approval to create six (6) lots for future residential development in Arbor Hill Addition. 

 

Background:

The property is located south of 20th Street South and is zoned R-1D.  The Preliminary Plat was approved on July 25, 2017.  The lots meet the size and frontage requirements of the R-1D District. 

 

Findings of Fact:

1.                     The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance.

2.                     The Final Plat is in compliance with the approved Preliminary Plat. 

 

Staff Recommendation:

Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the following contingency:

1.                     All necessary easements shall be shown on the Final Plat prior to recording.
