The low bid from Bituminous Paving, Inc. was approximately 5% less than the Engineer’s Estimate of $550,000.00. The proposed resolution will award the 2024-06STI Chip Seal Project to Bituminous Paving, Inc. for the low bid amount of $523,490.00.
