Summary:

City Council required by policy the acceptance of donations for specific projects.  This resolution will allow the acceptance of an anonymous donation of not to exceed $450,000 and proceed with the design and construction of 8 post tension concrete pickleball courts at Hillcrest Park in accordance with established procurement guidelines.  This donation will augment the City’s contribution and attain grants to develop pickleball courts.
