Summary:
A statistical review of the 2022 hotel occupancy, revenues, and expenses. The Business Improvement District #1 is a $2.00 per occupied room per day applied to all hotels consisting of twenty-five (25) or more hotel rooms in the City of Brookings. Hotels submit monthly reports to the City and the data is compiled and summarized for tracking purposes. The revenues collected are utilized by Visit Brookings to assist in the retention and expansion of the visitor industry.
