W 1,600’) and Excluding Substation Addition in Section One, Township One Hundred Nine North, Range Fifty West (Sec 1-T109N-R50W) and the West Three Hundred Ninety Feet (W 390’) of the East One Thousand Forty Feet (E 1,040’) in the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼ ) in Section One, Township One Hundred Nine North, Range Fifty West (Sec 1-T109N-R50W) from an Agriculture A District to a Residence R-3 Apartment District.
