This resolution will award the 2023-08STI Street Maintenance and Overlay Project to Bowes Construction Inc., Brookings, SD, for the low bid of $2,411,351.40. The low bid is approximately 4% lower than the engineer’s estimate of $2,509,227.85. The project will be ongoing throughout the summer and will be completed by the end of October 2023.
