Summary:

The proposed resolution will accept the low bid for the 2023-01STI University Boulevard and 22^nd Avenue Gravity Sewer Improvements Project, pending the recording of easements for the project on land owned by the State of South Dakota.  The low bid of $2,436,263.60 from Winter Contracting, LLC was 8% lower than the engineer’s estimate of $2,640,228.50.
