The City held a bid letting on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 for the 2023-06STI Chip Seal Project and three bids were submitted:

TopKote, Inc.:                                                                                    $396,274.95

Bituminous Paving, Inc.:                                                               $409,160.00

The Road Guy Construction Co.:                                           $480,750.00

The low bid from TopKote Inc. was within 1% of the Engineer’s Estimate of $400,000.00.  The proposed resolution will award the 2023-06STI Chip Seal Project to TopKote, Inc. for the low bid amount of $396,274.95.
