Lynda Piece (Lily Design) is seeking a variance on behalf of Peggy Morris, owner of 152 2^nd Avenue South. The request is to exceed the front yard setback encroachment allowed for front porches. Front porches over thirty inches in height shall not project into any required yard area with the exception of a landing for doors which may extend into any required yard area a maximum of four feet.
