Summary:

Abundant Life Church and Seth Skogen have submitted a request to rezone Lot 2 of Block 13 of Morningside Addition from Residence R-1B Single-Family District to a Planned Development District.

 

Recommendation

Recommendation:

The Development Review Team and staff recommend denial.  The Planning Commission voted 9-0 to approve the initial development plan with an exception granted for a reduced bufferyard to the north and with the removal of “drinking establishments” from the permitted uses.
