Title

Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 21-072, an Emergency Resolution Providing Recommendations Deemed Necessary to Slow the Community Spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Body

Summary:

Brookings is now in high community spread.  It's assumed that 90% of the new COVID-19 cases are the Delta variant.  Resolution 21-072 recommends various actions to protect the community from the continued spread.  These measures include indoor wearing of masks by all two (2) years and older (unless medical or developmental conditions prohibit the use), vaccination, and other necessary measures.
