This Resolution will allow the Red Rink at the Larson Ice Center to be named First Bank and Trust Rink for a period of 10 years.
As a part of the fund raising campaign for the Ranger Hockey Performance Center, the Brookings Ice Skating Association desires to offer naming rights to building features within the Larson Ice Center for 10-year increments.
