Summary:
The Commission has had discussion over the last two meetings concerning the 11.1 Review process for homeowner window projects. During the June meeting, the Commission discussed the Contractor’s Guide utilized to assist in the 11.1 Review process and could the guide be expanded to incorporate criteria to evaluated at the staffing level to assist applicants in the review process. The exterior electrical, mechanical, and HVAC units has criteria based upon location relative to street views for assisting in the review process.
