Action on Resolution 21-049, a Resolution Designating the City Manager to Sign Documents and be the Environmental Certifying Officer for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for a Joint Facility to Address Food Insecurity.

Summary:

The resolution would designate the City Manager as the City’s Official to sign official documents and be the Environmental Certifying Officer for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).  The building would be located on First Lutheran Church property under a long-term lease with the United Way serving as the building owner.  All partners are excited, enthusiastic, and supportive of the project.
