Summary: There are a few days that fall near holidays that the Library usually closes early for, and occasionally there is a holiday that falls on a Saturday or Sunday putting the official close day on Friday or Monday.
There is one more date to consider in addition to those approved on March 11.
July 3 - July 4 is on a Sunday. Staff has asked if the board would consider also closing the library on Saturday, July 3. The feeling is that there would not be much traffic in the library on that day, and would be nice to give all staff a long 4th of July Holiday weekend.
