This resolution will award the 2021-04STI Swiftel Pavement Reconstruction Project to Timmons Construction, Brookings, SD, for Alternative B (8” Concrete Paving) for the low bid of bid of $109,532.50. The bid for this Alternative is 36% lower than the engineer’s estimate of $172,842.50. The project will be constructed this year and will be completed by the end of October 2021.
