This resolution will award the 2021-08STI Street Maintenance and Overlay Project to Bowes Construction Co., Brookings, SD, for the low bid of $1,690,510.97. The bid is approximately 15% lower than the engineer’s estimate of $2,001,166.55. The project will be on going throughout the summer and will be completed by the end of October 2021.
