Discussion on Implementation Matrix for Historic Preservation Plan

Summary:
Winter & Company has completed the draft Historic Preservation Plan update. Winter & Company will join the meeting virtually to discuss the following as it pertains to the Implementation Matrix:
• “Lead Player” and “Supporting Partners” - BHPC should identify the appropriate groups and organizations for each category.
• Timing - each action has a purple bar noting the proposed timing for each action based upon the prioritization activity identified during the online responses, as well as a logical order of what actions may need to happen before others.
In addition to the Implementation Matrix, a general discussion/review of the draft plan will occur to ensure the consultants captured the intent of the public participation workshops.
