A bid letting was held at 1:30 on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and the following bids were received:
Lyle Bothe $52.50 per acre
Tim and Dan Bauer $40.00 per acre
Lyle Johnson $35.00 per acre
This resolution will award bids for the 2021-2022 City Hay Lease located in Section 11-T109N-R50W to Lyle Bothe for the high bid of $52.50 per acre with an option to renew for two additional, one year terms for 2023 and 2024.
Following approval of this resolution to award the bids, the City will hold a public hearing with intent to lease to a private person at the November 24, 2020 City Council meeting.
