Action to make changes to the City Council Meeting schedule for June.

Summary:
The April 14th Combined Municipal / School Board Election was postponed to June 23rd. Therefore, staff would like to cancel the June 23rd City Council meeting, and reschedule it for June 30, 2020. Cancelling this meeting does not interfere with the normal operations of the City.
The scheduled City Council Meetings for June will be as follows:
June 9 - City Council Meeting
June 16 - Study Session (cancelled)
June 23 - Election Day (City Council Meeting cancelled)
June 30 - Election Canvass and City Council Meeting
Any meeting of the City Council may be cancelled in advance by a majority vote of the City Council. The Mayor may cancel a meeting in the case of an emergency, when a majority of the members have confirmed in writing their unavailability to attend a meeting, when there is not a quorum at the start of the meeting, or when the agenda is such that cancelling the meeting would not interfere with the normal operations of the City. The City Council must meet regularly, however, at least once each month. Cancelled meetings will be noted on the agenda and posted for the public.
