Summary:
The applicant is seeking Final Plat approval to combine two (2) lots into one (1) lot in an R-1C District.
Background:
The applicant currently owns two (2) lots and would like to create one (1) lot in order to construct an accessory use on the vacant lot. The property is located at the southwest corner of Summit Pass and Keystone Circle.
Findings of Fact:
1. The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the following contingencies:
1. The Final Plat shall contain all necessary easements prior to recording.
2. The owner is responsible for extending the sidewalk to the west property line.
