Summary:
The applicant is seeking Final Plat approval to dedicate a portion of right-of way for Grand Arbor Avenue, East Briarwood Circle, and West Briarwood Circle in Arbor Hill Addition. The street extensions will allow for another phase of residential development.
Background:
The property is located south of 20th Street South between 17th Avenue South and 22nd Avenue South and development of residential homes is underway. The street extensions will allow the development to expand to the south so additional lots can be platted. The Preliminary Plat for this area was approved by the City Council on July 25, 2017.
Findings of Fact:
1. The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance.
2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the approved Preliminary Plat.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat.
