Summary:

The applicant is seeking Final Plat approval to create one (1) residential lot and a separate lot for common area in the Reserve large scale residential development.

 

Background:

The property is located east of Christine Avenue along Whitetail Path and Bluestem Path.  The development is zoned Residence R-3 Apartment District.  The proposed Lot 30 represents the perimeter of a single-family home and Block 5 and 6 will serve as common area for the development.  Brookings Municipal Utilities and City Engineering have reviewed the plat and the easements provided are sufficient.

 

Findings of Fact:

1.                     The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Subdivision and Zoning Ordinance.

2.                     The Final Plat is in substantial compliance with the approved Large Scale Residential Preliminary Plat.
