Summary:
The City of Brookings is seeking approval of a Final Plat to create a 7.76 acre lot to transfer ownership of the property.
Background:
The property is located on the east side of 32nd Avenue and is zoned Industrial I-1 Light District. Future industrial development is anticipated and drainage requirements will be reviewed at time of a building permit.
Findings of Fact:
1. The Final Plat meets the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance requirements.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the following contingency:
1. All necessary easements shall be shown on the Final Plat prior to recording.
