Summary:
The applicant is seeking Final Plat approval of two (2) residential lots and one (1) block that will serve as common area.
Background:
The property is located south of 20th Street South and east of Main Avenue South in ‘The Landing’ development. The numeric lots represent the foundation perimeter of the homes and Lot B1 is intended for common area. The development is part of a Large Scale Residential (LSRD) that was approved in 2010. Brookings Municipal Utilities (BMU) has reviewed the Final Plat and no additional easements are necessary.
Findings of Fact:
1. The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance.
2. The plat is consistent with the approved LSRD Preliminary Plat.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat.
