Summary and Recommended Action:
Staff recommends approval of the proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement with the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. The lease will allow the University to continue utilizing space on the grain silo structure located at 210 Front Street, in Brookings, SD.
A notice of public hearing was published on October 13, 2026 as required per SDCL 9-12-5.2.
