Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends approval of an On-Off Sale Wine Alcoholic Beverage License from Kwik Trip, Inc., dba Kwik Star #1718, 2016 20^th Street South.  This Resolution allows the City Manager to enter into a 10-year Agreement, with a 5-year mid-term renewal.  This license would be effective upon SD Department of Revenue approval and license issuance, and subject to an annual renewal.

Legal description: Lot 3, Block 4, Southland Addition, City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.
