Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 10-year On-Sale Liquor Operating Agreement, with a 5-year mid-term renewal, with owner Al Kurtenbach, Murdo Properties, LLC, dba Macs Eastside Grill.
Owner Al Kurtenbach, Murdo Properties, LLC, dba Macs Eastside Grill, has applied to transfer the existing On-Sale Liquor License from Brookings Steak Company LLC, dba Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grill.
