Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends approval of this budget amendment to recognize grant revenue and allocate resources for strategic initiatives: 

1.                     Acceptance of a $120,000 Lowe’s Hometown grant for improvements to the Brookings Public Library.

2.                     Allocation of $54,900 for design and development services by Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) for a future chiller replacement project.
