Summary and Recommended Action:

This is a correction from the Brookings County Equalization Office as the value was added to this parcel in error.  Value should been placed on Parcel #40473-00300-000-15.  County Assessor recommends approval.

 

Fiscal Impact:

The property tax revenue will be reduced by $4,342.89 for Parcel #40473-00300-000-10 and assessed correctly to Parcel #40473-00300-000-15.
