Summary:

This resolution will accept the low bid for the 2023-04SSI Brookings 32^nd Avenue Regional Detention and authorizes the City Manager to sign the awarded contract and change orders that abide by the states procurement requirements.  The low bid of $241,834.20 from Bowes Construction Inc. was 21% lower than the engineer’s estimate of $308,000.
