Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution awarding the 2025-11STI Capital Street and 32nd Avenue Sanitary Sewer Project to Rounds Construction Company, Inc., the lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $517,533.99.  Funding for this project will be provided through Fund 213 - Capital Projects and Economic Development reserves.
