The preliminary plat includes a Large Scale Residential Plan which has been submitted alongside a petition for annexation and petition to rezone 30.346 acres from Agriculture A District to Residence R-3 Apartment District.

The Development Review Team and staff recommend approval with the following changes:
• Connect A Circle and D Circle in order to ensure secondary access for Blocks 3 and 4 as well as provide greater overall connectivity.
