Summary:

The City of Brookings enters into On-Sale Liquor Operating Agreements for a 10-year period, with a mid-term renewal at five years.  This Resolution would allow the City Manager to enter into a 10-year agreement, with a mid-term renewal at five years.  The original 10-year Agreement was entered into January 2012.
