Summary and Recommended Action:
Approval of the proposed Resolution will dissolve Tax Increment District #12. The redevelopment of the Armory facility and construction of a hotel and parking ramp was unable to proceed. No funds were received into the Tax Increment District #12 fund. This is a required process to dissolve the district according to SDCL 11-9-46. Staff recommends approval.
