Global LLC has submitted a preliminary plat for Lots 1A, 6B, 6C, 6D and 6E in Block 2 of Insbrook Park Addition.
The property is currently described as Lots 1 and 6 in Block 2 of Insbrook Addition. Lot 1 is home to a large warehouse which partly extends into the current Lot 6. The owner proposes to subdivide Lot 6 into four developable lots which they intend to rezone from Industrial I-1R Restricted District to Industrial I-1 Light District. Staff recommends approval.
