The County Assessor recommends approval to abate the property taxes in the amount of $1,999.78 for 2110 22nd Avenue South, #30, as the mobile home will be destroyed.  (2023 taxes payable 2024: $106.58; 2024 taxes payable 2025:  $111.96; and $1,781.24 City Special)  Legal description:  Lot 1, NE ¼, Richard Price First Addition.  Parcel #40999-00005-030-00.

 

Fiscal Impact:
