Summary:

The City of Brookings enters into On-Sale Convention Liquor Operating Agreements for a 10-year period, with a mid-term renewal at five years.  This Resolution would allow the City Manager to enter into the remaining 5-years of the 10-year agreement.  The original 10-year Agreement was entered into May 2018.

An alcohol compliance check was failed in August 2022.  All state required processes have been completed.
