Summary:

The City of Brookings enters into Liquor Operating Agreements for 10-year increments.  The Operating Agreement for GDT, Inc., dba Cubby’s Sports Bar & Grill, located at 307 Main Ave., is at the 5-year renewal point.  This Resolution would allow the City Manager to enter into the remaining 5-years of the 10-year agreement.
