Summary and Recommended Action:
The City of Brookings is proposing amendments to Article VI, Division 1, Section 94-343 Access Drives. The proposed changes include revisions to access drive locations, separation, widths and construction standards. An addition to the ordinance was added to regulate side parking pads. Additional changes are intended as clean up to clarify language. Staff recommends discussing the proposed changes with the Planning Commission prior to bringing forward a formal ordinance change to a public hearing.
