Summary:

The proposed resolution will increase the contract amount of the 2023-04STI 22^nd Avenue Phase 2 Reconstruction Project, awarded to Timmons Construction Co., Brookings, SD, in the amount of $36,125.00 (0.9%).  The increased amount is for 1) the mill and overlay of a portion of 8^th Street South and 22^nd Avenue to tie the concrete portion of the project into the existing roadway, and 2) the substitution of traffic light brackets to an alternative manufacturer.

Financial Impact:

If approved, the contract with Timmons Construction Co. will be increased in the amount of $36,125.00.
