Action on Resolution 23-101, a Resolution Transferring City Manager Contingency and Buildings Sinking Funds to City Departments.

This Resolution will authorize transfers from the City Manager’s Contingency account and the Buildings Sinking fund to meet the City’s operational and capital needs that were not anticipated in the original budget ordinance. This includes budgeting software, payroll, consulting for building improvements, and an energy efficiency initiative. Staff recommends approval.
