Summary and Recommended Action:
This resolution authorizes a memorandum of understanding between Dakota State University and the City of Brookings for SecureSD Cybersecurity Services. In 2024 the State authorized funding to create a cybersecurity initiative for counties and municipalities in South Dakota through a partnership with Dakota State University. Staff recommends approval.
