Summary and Recommended Action:

The proposed Resolution authorizes the mutual termination of the Development Agreement between the City of Brookings and Linchpin Corporation for the redevelopment of the Armory property at 221 Main Avenue.  Under the proposed termination agreement, the City will reimburse $307,927 for completed environmental remediation and property-related improvements that benefit the City-owned site and its future redevelopment.  Staff recommends approval.
