Summary:

The recommended resolution will authorize the City Manager to sign and submit a $3,810,000 Transportation Alternatives Grant Program Application to construct a Shared Use Path / Trail, Traffic Calming, and Pedestrian Crossing Improvements on Medary Avenue.  The purpose of this project is to provide residents a safe path for bicycling and pedestrian crossings on Medary Avenue, by South Dakota State University.
