Summary and Recommended Action:
Kevin Grunewaldt has made a request for a variance on the W ½ of Lot 9 and all of Lot 8 in Block 1 of Third Addition, also known as 103 5th Street. The request is to have a rear yard with approximately 38 percent living ground cover. Per Sec. 94-399(5)(b) no less than 50 percent of the rear yard should be maintained in living ground cover.
Staff recommends approval.
