This action will add a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 29^th at 6:00 p.m.  This Special Meeting will be held in the Brookings City & County Government Center, Chambers (3^rd floor).  This provides public notice of the change to the City Council meeting calendar.  Staff recommends approval.
