CD Properties, LLC has submitted a request to rezone Outlots 2 and 3 in Section One, Township 109, Range 50, also known as 1800 20th Street South and 1818 20th Street South.  The request is to rezone 1800 20th Street South from Agriculture A District and 1818 20th Street South from Residence R-3 Apartment District to Business B-2A Office District.

 

Recommendation

Recommendation:

The Development Review Team recommends approval of the rezone.

 

The Planning Commission voted 6-1 to recommend approval.
