Summary and Recommended Action:
Staff recommends approval of the 2027-2036 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The CIP is a 10-year financial planning tool which identifies and prioritizes capital investments, including infrastructure improvements, equipment and vehicle replacements, facility maintenance, debt service, and other capital commitments. The proposed plan is balanced through 2036 using projected revenues, available carryover, and reserves.
