Summary:

MG Oil, dba Corner Pantry #24, Troy Erickson and Marlyn Erickson, owners, 600 6th Street, have applied for an On-Off Sale Wine Alcohol license.  This Resolution allows the City Manager to enter into a 10-year Agreement, with a 5-year mid-term renewal.  This license would be effective upon SD Department of Revenue approval and license issuance, and subject to an annual renewal.
